The Greater Victoria Minor Ball Hockey Association (GVMBHA) will be holding a Special General Meeting (SGM) to consider and approve the Association’s revised Constitution and Bylaws, followed immediately by our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Date: November 6, 2025
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Prospect Lake Soccer Club House @ Layritz Turf Field (The Layritz Turf and Clubhouse is located off of Markham Road adjacent to the Vancouver Island Technology Park.)
The SGM agenda will focus solely on the approval of the proposed revised Constitution and Bylaws, which are being updated to align with current governance requirements and best practices.
The 2025 AGM will follow immediately after, including updates from the Board, review of the past season, and election of directors.
